Unlike plastic and wire crates which sometimes crack and bend, aluminum crates are much more reliable and sturdy. This one, for example, is constructed of aluminum and brown 1/8″ wood laminate paneling, and is surprisingly lightweight. I like the angled design, giving it a modern twist, and making it easier to fit into the back of mini-vans or SUVs when transporting your dog to the vet or going on a family vacation.
This dog crate is secured from every angle; two tie down tabs on the front top corners secure the crate when traveling; an easy to use spring loaded latch secures the door; plastic corner connectors prevent scratching; and multiple openings allow for air ventilation.
To make your pet comfortable, simply throw in a blanket and a small cushion, and you’re good to go.
Available in two sizes – each weigh less than 30 lbs; large: 36.25″ Long x 25.5″ Wide x 26.75″ High; small: 32.5″ Long x 25.5″ Wide x 26″ High; assembly is required.
Ideal for indoor and vehicle travel use. A double door version is also available, each door with its own latch.
